Winter delicacy

It announces the beginning of the festivities of the end of the year, it is the gingerbread of course and we love it.
It warms us up, takes us back to childhood, it is a real delight. This gluten-free version is really delicious, it will be difficult to stop eating it.

Ingredients

9oz almond powder
250g of honey
3 eggs
3,5 fl oz of milk
2,5oz of salted butter
2 spoons of gingerbread mix
½ sachet of baking powder

How to

  1. Bring the milk and honey to a simmer in a saucepan, stirring occasionally.
  2. In a bowl pour the almond powder, the butter, the sachet of yeast then the three whole eggs.
  3. Mix and stir in the pan.
  4. Finalize with the addition of gingerbread mix.
  5. Bake at 160°c for about 35 minutes.
  6. Let your gingerbread cool well before unmolding it, enjoy!

A small tip.
Feel free to measure out the gingerbread mix according to your taste.

7fl oz of vegetable milk
2,5oz of vegetable butter
2 tbsp gingerbread mix
½ sachet of baking powder

  1. Faire frémir le lait et le miel à feu doux dans une casserole et remuer de temps en temps.
