Naans are well known to Indian food lovers. They accompany many dishes, at Bergamott we have revisited the original Indian recipe based on wheat flour to offer a recipe gluten-free and vegan naans so most people can eat them. Whether you are allergic to gluten or lactose, vegan or following a ketogenic diet this recipe is for you.

Ingredients
for 6 to 8 naans
- 3,5oz of rapped coconut
- 1,4oz of psyllium
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1,4oz vegetable oil of your choice
- 8fl oz of hot water
How to
- Mix the ingredients in order until you get a homogeneous paste. The dough should not be too sticky, otherwise add some grated coconut.
- Form 6 to 8 balls depending on the size of naan you want.
- Flatten with a rolling pin and cut into a circle.
- Cook in a hot pan for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
