This little delicacy comes straight from our English friends, it is part of the same family as soft caramels, with the difference that the fudge does not stick to the tooth and its texture is more granular.
This confection is based on milk and sugar, it can be flavored with chocolate, vanilla, peanut butter, nuts and even with whiskey ... The fudge is very rich and therefore delicious.

At Bergamott we have chosen to show you an express recipe for chocolate fudge with only 2 ingredients. The traditional recipe takes longer to prepare, but the idea here is to make it easy to tantalize your taste buds. Another advantage is that you can offer them to your friends and neighbors during the holidays.

Ingredients

13fl oz of condensed milk
9oz dark chocolate

1 pinch of fleur de sel (optional)

How to

  1. Pour the chocolate (if using chocolate bars, chop them first) and the condensed milk into a saucepan and stir until the chocolate melts.
  2. In a rectangular dish previously oiled and lined with baking paper, pour your preparation.
  3. Place your dish in the refrigerator for about 3 to 4 hours
  4. cut fudge into small cubes

7oz almond butter
9oz dark chocolate

4 tbsp maple or agave syrup

How to

  1. Pour the chocolate (if using chocolate bars, chop them first), butter and maple syrup into a saucepan and stir until the chocolate melts.
  2. In a rectangular dish previously oiled and lined with baking paper, pour your preparation.
  3. Place your dish in the refrigerator for about 1 hour
  4. cut fudge into small cubes.
