Christmas delicacy

biscuits de noël avec un verre de lait prés du sapin

With Christmas approaching, the treats settle in our cottage. Christmas cookies are one of those must-haves, and yes, Santa Claus will need strength. That's why we make cookies as a family and we leave him a glass of milk to pass it all of course.

We offer you a delicious cookie dough recipe and, a small advantage, people intolerant to certain allergens can enjoy it! This dough can be kept in the freezer without any problem. So you can increase the quantities and divide it to make several batches according to your desires.

Here, we propose you Christmas cookies with orange blossom flavor, but it remains only a proposal. Feel free to decorate your shortbread with your favorite flavors. We usually use rice flour to obtain a more neutral taste and to let your favorite flavors express themselves, but once again at Bergamott we prefer to leave you with a basic recipe and let your desires run free.
