- 36oz Epsom salt
- 9oz Himalayan coarse salt
- 9oz coarse sea salt
- 2 large handfuls of dried lavender
- 30 drops lavender essential oils
- 30 drops mandarin essential oils
A quick and easy DIY for maximum goodness.
How to
- Pour all dry ingredients into a bowl.
- Then add essential oils.
- Mix with a wooden spoon.
- Once finished, store your mixture in an airtight jar.
Tips
Depending on the effect you are looking for, vary the essential oils, for an invigorating effect grapefruit EO, pine EO will be more suitable, opt for scots pine EO or rosemary EO for a muscular relaxation.
