style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>First boil 50fl oz of water with the miso, soy and lemongrass in large pieces (to be removed for tasting) <\/li><li>Slice \u00bd Chinese cabbage and grate the 2 carrots <\/li><li>Add them in the broth already boiling<\/li><li>Slice the Shiitakes and plunge them into the pot. <br><em>For a <strong>total cooking time of 15 minutes<\/strong> <strong>.<\/strong><\/em><br><br><em>Meanwhile, we take care of preparing the bites of lemon balm<\/em><\/li><li>Cut the white fish into large pieces in order to mix it with the lemon balm, peeled garlic, Sichuan pepper (or ordinary pepper) and a little bit of lemon zest until you obtain a homogeneous and smooth paste.<\/li><li>Shape into balls, you can make between 8 and 12 balls depending on the size you want.<\/li><li>Place them on a leaf of lemon balm and put the steam basket on the broth <strong>for 7 min.<\/strong><\/li><li>2 minutes before the end of the steaming add the konjac noodles to the broth.<\/li><li>When the cooking is finished you can serve in bowls and arrange the lemon balm bites.
